The MM Super Auto accommodates dual hoppers capable of holding 5 pounds of coffee, two distinct grinding mechanisms, and a singular brew chamber. Above the counter, you’ll find the three-button interface with one button engaging a shot from one hopper, a second pulling a shot from the other, and a hot water dispensing button in the middle. From the touchscreen interface on the under-counter unit, you can set parameters of water temperature, coffee dose, grind setting, tamp pressure, pre-infusion and extraction duration/flow rate for both bean hoppers. After each shot, an automatic cleaning cycle occurs in the brew chamber as the used puck is ejected into an accessible receptacle, a sweeper wipes off residual grounds and the system self-dries.
