The Mazzer Kony Sg weighs every dose. A professional-grade load cell sits inside the grinder and can be set to a hundredth of a gram, so what lands in your basket is measured rather than inferred from a timer. Across a long shift and across baristas, that is the difference this grinder exists to make.

Underneath the scale it is the same low-speed conical platform as the Kony S: 63mm burrs at 500 RPM on 60Hz power, with double fan cooling keeping heat off the grounds. The Grind Flow Control insert carries two dampers, Hybrid and AntiClumping, so you can tune how grounds fall into the basket. A 2.4 inch colour display runs in 19 languages and gives you three programmable doses by weight or by time plus a manual mode, weight recalibration, a cap on grindable doses tied to your coffee stock, and alerts for service, worn burrs and an empty hopper.
