Meletti Dry Anisetta

Meletti Dry Anisetta is the dry version of Meletti’s classic anise liqueur — made with the same ingredients and production method as the Anisette, but with a crisper, stronger taste owing to the absence of sugar and higher alcohol content.

Since 1870, the Meletti family has been producing artisanal liqueurs in Ascoli Piceno, Le Marche. During distillation, Meletti discards the first and last portions of the distillate that contain bitter elements, keeping only the “heart” — the middle portion — to ensure concentrated and consistent anise flavor. The Dry Anisetta is the unsweetened, higher-proof expression of that distillation art.
