This expressive Saison was fermented in neutral American Oak with fresh plums and Brettanomyces before being naturally carbonated with Buddha's Hand, Lemon Zest, and Ginger. It possesses a dynamic array of notes including soft vanillins, spicy ginger, dry tannic fruit skins, plum jam, hibiscus and a splash of bright citrus forward acidity similar to lemonade.
