Mezcal Artesanal Premium de Guerrero. Mezcal Burero is produced in the small town of Mochitlan in Guerrero, Mexico, using 100% hand-harvested maguey. Harvesting our maguey by hand, fermentation is a natural process in vats made from ayacahuite wood using traditional techniques and double distill it in a copper still, which gives it a unique smoky and earthy flavor.
Tasting Notes: Mezcal Burero has a crystal-clear appearance and a richer, fuller body. Its aroma is mostly of cooked Agave that is smoked directly from the cooking oven, with hints of citrus fruits and green notes. The taste of Burero is characterized by a soft yet persistent aftertaste, highlighting the power and complexity of the cupreata Agave.
