Mezcal Union Uno

Mezcal Unión Uno is an artisanal spirit born from the rugged landscapes of Oaxaca, Mexico, where Espadín and Cirial agaves are carefully cultivated for six to fourteen years before harvest. The craftsmanship of small community palenques brings this mezcal to life, blending tradition with a commitment to sustainability. Slow-roasted agaves in underground pits and natural fermentation create a smoky yet vibrant profile that captures the essence of its origin.  

Bright aromas of fresh grapefruit lead into a lively palate of mint, pineapple, and herbal undertones. The smokiness is balanced rather than overpowering, allowing the natural sweetness of the agave to shine. A bittersweet lime finish lingers, leaving a crisp and refreshing impression. Each sip showcases the complexity of this carefully blended mezcal.  

Best enjoyed neat, Mezcal Unión Uno is traditionally paired with an orange slice and worm salt, enhancing its citrus and smoky notes. Its smooth yet layered profile also makes it an excellent base for mezcal-forward cocktails, adding depth and character to any drink.
