Mezcales de Leyenda Cenizo Blanco is a hearty, warm, full-bodied mezcal artesanal from the rich volcanic fields of the central valleys of Durango — made from cenizo agave cooked in a lava-rock-lined pit using oak, mesquite, and acacia, fermented 7–10 days, and double distilled in a copper pot still. Awarded a Platinum medal at the World Beverage Competition.
Mezcales de Leyenda was founded over a decade ago in Mexico City with a mission to educate the public on mezcal and to help small producers achieve CRM certification. The brand partners with mezcaleros across multiple regions, each preserving the time-honored manner of production from harvest to distillation.
