The Performance Pack contains 16 Miele Type GN Vacuum Bags (also known as FilterBags) and one HA30 AirClean HEPA Filter to fit the Classic C1 vacuum.

The original Miele GN FilterBag and Miele HA30 HEPA AirClean filter form the Miele AirClean System. This advanced system retains more than 99% of all dust particles in the multi-layered bag and filter.

If you are the middle of cleaning your house, it can be frustrating to have your vacuum's suction reduced because the bag is full. For the best performance, you should change the bag as soon as it is full. With the Performance Pack, you will have spare GN FilterBags available to quickly change the bag.

When it is time to change the bag the automatic self-sealing collar keeps the particles in the bag, so they cannot escape back into the air. This self-sealing collar also closes when the dust compartment lid is opened.

If there is a member of your family that is allergic to household dust, the HA30 filter keeps those particles within the filter, helping ease those allergic symptoms. The HEPA class 13 filter should be changed on an annual basis. The HA30 filter has a built in color-coded 'timestrip®'. This strip will turn red in color when the filter should be replaced.
