Mijenta Anejo Symphony Series No. 3

Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Mijenta Añejo Symphony Series No. 3 is an elegant tequila aged 18 months in custom “symphony” barrels made from oak sourced across the United States. Distilled from fully mature blue Weber agave with water and yeast, it is bottled at 45% ABV, delivering a refined expression of terroir and wood influence.

The nose opens with cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and soft floral tones, leading into a silky palate layered with chocolate, orange, and dulce de leche. A long, gently smoky finish lingers. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to reveal its evolving complexity.
