A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Colombard, this lively white comes in at a refreshing 11% alcohol, making it an ideal choice for warm afternoons or easy entertaining.
The nose opens with fragrant aromas of ripe pear and a hint of apricot. A four-month maturation on fine lees in stainless steel lends the wine a subtle creaminess and silky texture, with delicate notes of toasted brioche adding depth.
