Moonbroch Burnside 26 year

Burnside is the name given to ‘teaspooned’ Balvenie whisky (likely Glenfiddich), making it a 100% blended malt. This expression was distilled in 1998 and rested for 26 years in a single Sherry Butt prior to bottling in 2024. Bottled at a healthy 46% ABV without added colour or chill filtration.

Nose: Intense dried fruits mingle with citrus and rum-soaked raisins.

Palate: Christmas pudding, cinnamon, nutmeg and red plums.

Finish: Long finish with subtle toasted oak, vanilla and white pepper
