TASTING NOTES
Nose: Smoky and herbaceous notes with a touch of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Palate: Smoky, slightly spicy from the pepper, hints of dried cherries, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Finish: Bold, intense, flavour-forward, slightly sweet with some heat.
