Moutard Pere Fils Rose de Cuvaison Champagne

This is a rose made up of a majority of Pinot Noir, mostly from the Moutard family's holding in Buxeuil, in the Aube. It does see a good amount of dosage at 10 grams per liter. The nose shows a lifted strawberry, some brioche, blood orange, and just there cream. The palate is light and focused with soft strawberry, cream, candied citrus peel and sweet brioche. - D&M TASTING NOTES (MK)
