The Mythos Basic has a "grind on demand" system that brings all the aroma and flavor out of a coffee bean and is considered one of the best espresso grinders available. The Mythos has up to 3 different programmable doses for single, double, and triple shots with a manual override. With its long-life titanium/steel alloy grinding discs and powerful 800-watt motor it is precise, fast, and reliable. Thanks to the micrometric grinding adjustment, it is ideal for those who want to serve the best espresso possible.

• Stainless steel 75mm steel burrs with the ability to grind up to 1500 pounds of coffee before requiring replacement (depending on the bean, this may vary). We recommend throwing in extra burrs as a best practice for changing grinder burrs.
• Clump crusher technology ensures that every dose is clump-free and delivers fluffy and evenly distributed coffee.
• Portafilter holder while dosing so the barista can multitask: 3 programmable doses.
• LCD display so the barista can adjust the dose, put the grinder into a number of barista modes, and lock the grinder so the settings can't be changed.
• Removable grounds tray.
