Oak & Eden Anthro Series Penny and Sparrow Whiskey (750ml)

Created in collaboration with indie Americana alt-pop duet, Penny & Sparrow, we crafted their one-of-a-kind signature bottle of whiskey. We begin with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We cut this bourbon to 114 proof (57% ABV). After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, imparting sweet, creamy flavors, and notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and butterscotch.

Crafted in collaboration with prominent ramblers & creators, the Anthro Series is a collaborative product line of one-of-a-kind whiskeys created by one-of-a-kind people.
