Ohmine Shuzou Omachi is a modern Japanese sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, created in collaboration with Pharrell Williams and rooted in a philosophy of purity and minimalism. Brewed using polished Omachi rice and pristine local water, this sake reflects the clean, expressive style that has made Ohmine one of the most talked-about producers in Japan.

On the palate, it opens softly with delicate sweetness and a juicy profile reminiscent of ripe yellow peaches, gradually unfolding into gentle floral and rice-driven notes. When served chilled, it feels light, smooth, and refreshing, while warming reveals a deeper aroma with subtle wasanbon-like sugar and a rounded sweetness. Made from rice and rice koji at 13% ABV, it’s best enjoyed on its own in a wine glass to fully appreciate its evolving character.
