We created a delicious half-and-half blend by combining our organic Ethiopian Coffee with its organic, Water-Processed Decaf counterpart.

The result is a light and fruity half-caf with just the right amount of caffeine to enjoy any time of day. Because the decaf component is water-processed, you can rest assured that no harsh chemicals were used to remove the caffeine.

Both the caffeinated and decaffeinated coffees in our half-caf blend were grown on organic co-ops in Ethiopia. Purchasing these organic coffees provides farmers with vital premiums that directly improve their quality of life.
