Origin Unhurried: Yercaud Pack

In the spirit of slow travel, welcome to a journey through India's coffee-growing regions, where coffee cherries ripen under the shade of tall trees, centuries-old crafts continue to thrive in skilled hands, and expressions of heritage endure and evolve. 

For the third destination, we bring you three 75g packs of coffee from Yercaud, a picturesque hill station dotted with streams and valleys, where coffee has been cultivated since 1820. 

The selection includes: 

• Riverdale Estate - White Rose, an experimental light roast fermented with rose petals, brewing cups with notes of blood orange, passion fruit, and pomegranate.
• Hidden Falls Estate, a natural light roast with a fruity and punchy flavour profile, and notes of mango, mulberry, and guava.
• Gowri Estate, a natural medium roast with notes of mulberry, red plum, and red grape. 

The pack also includes stories of local craft, culture, and community, offering an opportunity to establish a deeper connection with your brews.

Wait for this short duration to enjoy optimal flavours. Resting allows coffee to degas after roasting, resulting in a well-balanced and flavourful brew.
