Overview: Dedicated to Elisa, of the 5th generation of the family. The only wine who doesn’t carry the name of the vineyard where it grows. 100% Arneis. Priocca, Roero. Southwest exposure, planted in 1980 and Guyot-trained. Viticulture is organic with the sole use of sulphur and copper natural compound, manual or mechanic mowing to avoid herbicides, harvest is exclusively manual. Soil more sandy than the one of the Langhe alternates to white calcareous marl. After a gentle press, the wine ferments and macerates for a couple of days, after that it stays on the yeast for the following 6 months
Tasting Notes: The wine is both floral and fruity, with stone fruit and tropical fruit notes well blended in both the aromas and basic flavors.
