Set to be released this year in honor of Hemingway’s 124th birthday, we invite you to join us in raising a glass to this momentous occasion, embarking on a captivating voyage of taste, heritage, and unparalleled craftsmanship.

Ernest is a harmonious blend of hand-selected rums, expertly crafted with the utmost precision and masterly blended by 7th Generation Master Distiller, Ron Call. He meticulously selected the finest rums from South and Central America to create one exquisite blend.

After the initial aging process, it undergoes a unique double-finishing technique that sets it apart from the rest: first in new, 36-month air-dried staves in heavy toasted American white oak barrels, imparting rich and robust flavors. It is then double-finished in both Cognac casks and Armagnac casks, further enhancing the complexity and depth of the rum. The result is a symphony of flavors that dance on the palate, inviting you to savor every sip.
