INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING BLADES

1. Remove four outer shell bolts (#1166-4).

2. Separate the outer shell (#1167) from the inner shell (#1168).

3. Remove the old blades from the inner shell and install the new blades. (Loosen inner shell bolts (#1169-2) if necessary to allow easy sliding.)

4. Reassemble the inner shell with the outer shell.

5. Re-install four outer shell bolts and ensure they are securely tightened.

NOTES

• Clamping the CRP-1 in a Park Tool Repair Stand can make operation easier, as it provides stability and allows for two-handed operation.

• Some fork and crown race combinations may have limited access, which can cause minor cosmetic scarring on certain fork crowns.
