Paul John Brandy XO is an exceptional masterpiece from the tropical coasts of Goa, the Paul John XO is perhaps India's answer to renowned Cognac and Armagnac. Created from the famous Ugni Blanc grapes, this exotic brandy is matured for over 8 years in medium toasted new French limousine oak barrels, which are especially selected for their alluring hints of vanilla and spice. The consistent humidity of the region adds an intense maturity and flavor to the deep golden, amber liquid. Each sip reveals a complex profile that delights the palate, offering notes of dried fruits, nuts, and a lingering finish.
