Peak Design Cable Kits

Connect your Peak Design wireless charging Motorcycle Mount to your choice of power sources with the weatherproof Cable Kit. Choose from 3 different power supply types: USB-C, USB-A, or SAE. All Peak Design wireless charging Motorcycle Mounts are sold with a USB-C Cable Kit. If you need a replacement, or if you need to connect to a different power supply, there's probably a Cable Kit for you.

On one end, Cable Kit connects to the charging module on your Motorcycle Mount via a low-profile, proprietary* waterproof inline connector. We desined our own connector to ensure maximum weathertight performance in the slimmest package possible, and also ensure that all charging cables meet the power needs of our mounts.On the other end, Cable Kit connects to a USB-C, USB-A, or SAE power source on your bike. Most newer bikes have one or more of these power sources natively integrated. For older bikes, you may need to install a 3rd party SAE battery harness (this or similar), commonly used as a quick-connect for trickle chargers or other accessories.

SAE Cable Kit users will need to unplug their charging module when the bike is turned off to avoid draining the battery. Other alternatives may include installing a switched SAE harness, or installing a relay that automatically shuts off power to the charger. We recommend consulting an experienced mechanic for those installation methods.

*Cable Kit can only be used with Peak Design mounts, and Peak Design mount only work with Cable Kit (and not 3rd party cables).
