Pendleton Midnight Whiskey

Made with pure, glacier-fed spring water from Oregon's Mt. Hood, Pendleton Midnight thrills the senses with a complex taste and exceptionally finish begging to be explored. To add complexity and fruit forward characteristics, a portion of the Pendleton Midnight blend is aged for over six years in American brandy barrels. Each batch of ninety proof oak barrel-aged whisky is crafted from premium ingredients. Notes of leather and warm spices provide a full-bodied, authentic flavor that acts as a catalyst for socializing. Musky notes of leather with warm cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a trace of ginger on the nose. Full, well- oak is pared with hints of coffee cake, nuts, caramelized bananas and candied figs with a full -bodied and satiating finish.
