This is the general appelation wine from the cult Peter Lauer, based on vineyards from all around the Saar river valley. This was fermented spontaneously with natural yeasts and has a touch of residual sugar. This is light and lively in the nose with aromas of citrus, stone fruits, a just there kiss of oak, and a bit of minerality.
