Barbera d’Asti Superiore Tre Roveri by Pico Maccario represents one of the best features of Barbera grapes; It has a fabulous potential longevity, that develops elegant, complex and intense scents. It is supported by an important aging in wood.

100% Barbera grapes, cultivated in the DOCG area of Mombaruzzo. The manual harvest, planned between the end of September and the beginning of October, consists in a careful selection of the grapes. Once the bunches reach the cellar, the soft pressing starts, followed by 10-12 days maceration. The aging is developed in French oak for 12 months.
