PM Spirits Palazzi Vermut Rojo (750 ml)

Equipo Navazos and Nicolas Palazzi, in their continuous quest to offer extraordinary products to wine and spirits connoisseurs, present Navazos Palazzi Vermut Rojo. This base of this vermouth is Oloroso Sherry which aged for over five years in oak barrels. The botanicals include wormwood, savory, coriander, licorice, elderflower, juniper, bitter orange peel, and grapefruit peel – all of which can be found growing wild in the fields and mountains of Andalusia. The base wine is blended with concentrated grape must for sweetness before being fortified to 17.5% with neutral grape spirit. Individually macerated botanical extracts are blended in specific proportions to achieve the desired flavor profile. Bottled in 2022, 6000 bottles of this vermouth were produced.
