The interlocking foam mats are made from thick EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for ground exercises like push-ups, crunches and yoga movements and weight lifting workouts. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads when put together covers 24, 48 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Each tile is ½ inch thick from the highest point of the texture. It comes in five color options and is great for garages, fitness rooms, gyms, children’s play areas and other hard floors.
