Pullus Petovia Pelinkovec Sladki is a sweeter version of Slovenia’s traditional wormwood based herbal liqueur. It has the signature aroma of pelin, or wormwood, with dark herbal bitterness, warm spice, and enough sweetness to make the profile rounder and more approachable. Bottled at 25% ABV, it works as a chilled digestif, an aperitif over ice, or a distinctive modifier in herbal highballs.

Producer

Petovia is produced by Ptujska klet in Ptuj, Slovenia, home to the oldest spirits production facility in the country. The operation traces its spirits heritage to 1873, when Hutter & Elsbacher began producing alcohol in Ptuj. Under the Petovia name, Ptujska klet continues to make traditional Slovenian spirits such as Domači rum, Pelinkovec, Hruškovec, Mentol, Encian, and Tavžentroža.
