Highlights

We have been working with Quick Mill for many years now and we have to say it has been a pleasure. When we want to make changes and improvements to the machines they manufacture for us, they are always more willing to cooperate. Have a closer look at one of these machines; the newly re-designed and improved Anita.

This compact heat exchanger machines can be compared to other machines in it's class such as the Rocket Appartamento, or Izzo Vivi machine. It sports an E61 commercial group to aid in temperature control, and has a large 1.6 liter steam boiler allowing you to steam large quantities of milk at a time and keep up with you when you're entertaining guests.

52-Watt Vibratory Pump

At the heart of the Quick Mill Anita Evo is its 52-watt vibratory pump, delivering consistent and reliable performance for pulling espresso shots. Vibratory pumps are known for their efficiency and compact design, making them an ideal choice for home espresso machines. While small in size, this pump provides ample pressure for extracting rich, full-bodied espresso. Its periodic activation also ensures the boiler maintains the optimal water level, supporting uninterrupted brewing sessions.

1.6L Boiler

Equipped with a generously sized 1.6-liter copper boiler, the Anita Evo offers superior heat retention and quick recovery times. Whether you're preparing multiple espressos in a row or steaming milk for lattes, this boiler ensures consistent performance. Its large capacity minimizes the need for frequent refilling, making it suitable for both personal use and entertaining guests.

3L Water Reservoir Capacity

The Anita Evo’s 3-liter water reservoir provides ample supply for extended brewing sessions without the need for constant refilling. Conveniently located under a hinged top lid, the reservoir is easy to access and refill. This large capacity allows users to focus more on crafting their drinks and less on routine maintenance, enhancing the overall experience.

E61 Group

The inclusion of the legendary E61 group head ensures exceptional thermal stability and consistent extraction quality. This iconic design preheats the group head using a thermosyphon system, maintaining optimal brewing temperatures throughout the process. Compatible with a wide range of espresso accessories, the E61 group allows for enhanced customization and professional-grade results.

Non-Compression Steam & Hot Water Valves

The Anita Evo features non-compression valves for both steam and hot water, ensuring smooth and effortless operation. These valves are designed for durability and precision, allowing for precise control over steam output and water flow. This design reduces wear and tear, making them ideal for frequent use over time.

No-Burn Steam & Hot Water Wands

Safety and convenience are prioritized with the Anita Evo’s no-burn steam and hot water wands. Insulated to remain cool to the touch, these wands protect users from accidental burns while still delivering powerful performance. Perfect for frothing milk or dispensing hot water, they combine functionality with user-friendly design, making the machine accessible for beginners and experienced baristas alike.
