Rancilio 2012 Steam/Water Valve AV Rebuild Kit

Rebuild kit for Rancilio steam/water valves that use the integrated anti-vacuum (AV) valve. Includes the 1/8" M BSP threaded cap (now made of PEEK), pin, o-ring, and copper gasket needed to fully reseal the AV function.

COMPATIBILITY

• Fits: Rancilio steam/water valves with the integrated anti-vacuum (AV) valve only

INSTALLATION

Assembly required, but straightforward for a DIYer: slide the o-ring onto the pin at the bottom where there's a slight slot for it, insert the pin into the cap, then thread the cap into the valve, sealing it to the valve body with the copper gasket.

PRO TIPS

• Confirm your valve actually has the integrated AV function before ordering, this kit's PEEK cap and pin won't fit a standard (non-AV) steam/water valve body.
