To create this first-of-its-kind innovation, Redemption take their award-winning classic pre-Prohibition Rye mash bill and break conventional whiskey-making norms by adding the “whiskey lees” into the barrels and periodically rotating them during the aging process. The result is a deep, complex whiskey with bold, rich taste, a silky finish and a hint of rye spice.
