This bold yet elegant Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from old vines high atop BradfordMountain in Sonoma, CA. These highly sought after grapes deliver beautiful aromas and flavors—opening with scents of dark plum, black cherry, minerality, and a touch of black pepper. This Cabernet gives soft tannins and a supple yet lingering finish with hints of cocoa and toasty oak from two years aging in 50% new French oak barrels. Pairs well with an array of meats, cheeses, and chocolate. An excellent value wine with only 670 cases produced annually! Cheers!
