Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur is an Austrian apricot liqueur from Destillerie Purkhart — a blend of juice from Austria’s renowned Klosterneuburger apricots and an eau-de-vie distilled from the same fruit, handpicked each season from family orchards in the picturesque Danube Valley. The Rothman & Winter philosophy bottles at a higher proof with less sugar than mass-market liqueurs to maximize fruit intensity and versatility in cocktails.

The Klosterneuburger apricot is one of Austria’s most celebrated fruits, with intensely aromatic, sweet-tart character that survives distillation and juice blending exceptionally well. Three generations of Destillerie Purkhart’s production expertise (since 1932) produces a liqueur with authentic, dense fruit character.
