Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear Liqueur is an Austrian fruit liqueur made from the seasonal harvest of Williams pears. Pear juice is blended with pear eau-de-vie from the same fruit, giving it fresh orchard aroma, natural acidity, and a clean pear finish. Bottled at 24% ABV, it is more focused than many sweet pear cordials and works well in sparkling drinks, sours, highballs, and white-spirit cocktails.

Rothman & Winter is produced by Destillerie Purkhart in Austria, where the Purkhart family has made eaux-de-vie, schnaps, and liqueurs since 1932.
