From the hillside vineyards of Arruda dos Vinhos in Portugal’s Lisboa region, S. Sebastiao Diferido Reserva brings together Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional in a polished, expressive red blend. Clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate with strong Atlantic influence give the wine freshness and structure.
An intense ruby color leads to expressive berry and chocolate aromas, followed by a soft, elegant palate. Cold soaked and fermented in stainless steel, it pairs especially well with flavorful plant-based dishes. Serve at 60–64°F. 13.5% ABV.
