Natural Wines are those that have the minimum possible intervention of man. Sulfites are not added. Natural yeasts are used, and the wine is bottled unfiltered. This new white wine has the peculiarity of being fermented like red wines, that is, with the skins or skins of the grape. This process seeks to extract the tannins that will help in its subsequent maceration for 45 days, achieving an orange-colored and somewhat cloudy wine since it is bottled without filtering. 13.5% ABV
