Distilled on the 3rd of February 2005 and bottled on the 29th of May 2019. The cask yielded just 264 bottles each individually numbered. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 49.5% abv. This fruity spirit from the Isle of Orkney is well know for its rich, honeyed character. Fully matured in a first fill bourbon barrel, #101 adding layers of sweetness, vanilla and desiccated coconut. Being released as part of the Distillery Reserve Collection this whisky is rare, limited and of great quality.
