The beans are 100% Latin American Arabica, taken to a darker roast than Tradicional and ground fine for fast extraction via greca or drip. Expect a heavier body, more toasted notes upfront, and less of the natural sweetness that softens the Tradicional blend — this is coffee built to wake you up, not ease you in.

Vacuum-sealed at roasting to protect the aroma until opened. Brew strong, around 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water, and store in an airtight container away from heat and light once opened.
