Winemaker Notes

Oseka I Protok, Ebb and Flow is a vibrant blend featuring 60% Pošip, 20% Trebbiano Toscano, and 20% a mix of Bogdanuša, Maraština, and Muscat. This original Dalmatian wine, with its bright golden hue, is crafted from grapes grown on rugged, sun-soaked Hvar vineyards. The terrain features steep slopes, with rocky red clay soil over a limestone base. Hand-harvested, pressed, and fermented in stainless steel at 16°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for one year in tanks and six months in the bottle. Light, refreshing, and well-balanced with delicate aromas.
