Shasta Vent 8 Inch Ceiling Support Box 24"" Height

The Shasta Vent 24" Tall Support Box works with up to 16/12 ceiling pitch (53 degrees). The Ceiling Support Box supports the chimney installation and provides a transition from the stove pipe to the chimney. The Ceiling Support Box can support a maximum of 50-ft of chimney pipe. For a taller system, a Tee Support can be added to help support the additional weight.

Product note:When connecting the stove pipe to the support box no adapter is required. The extension from the bottom of the support box is what would allow a connection to any brand single wall or double wall stove pipe. When connecting DVL a Crimping tool may be required for your installation. Tool is not included and must be purchased separately .To secure your stove pipe you will want to make sure that you are screwing it into place and that you are penetrating through the wall(s) of your stove pipe and the extension of the support box. Predrilling the holes is recommended.

Shasta Vent All-Fuel HT Chimney is a double wall, solid-filled residential chimney featuring .020" type 304 Stainless Steel inner and outer walls with a 2" clearance to combustibles. All-Fuel HT Chimney also features precision engineered twist-lock end rings and quick and easy Locking Bands. The high-temperature ceramic blanket insulation is encased between the stainless steel walls of the pipe sections to maintain a strong draft, while maintaining a relatively cooler temperature on the exterior wall. In installations where offsets are required up to four 30 Degree elbows, each capable of rotating 360 Degrees, can be used in the system. The Shasta Vent All-Fuel HT Chimney is ETL Listed by Intertek to the HT requirements of UL 103. Tested to 1000 Degrees F continuously, 1400 Degrees F for 1-hour, and 3x 2100 Degrees F for 10-minutes as would be encountered in a creosote fire
