SHURflo Bag-in-Box Pump Outlet Fitting

This 3/8" (10mm) John Guest push-fit adapter is the OEM outlet fitting for SHURflo Bag-in-Box pump systems, including our popular 2002M pump, and also fits the SHURflo 181-400 accumulator tank port. It's a small, inexpensive part that's easy to overlook until your BIB line starts weeping at the connection.

COMPATIBILITY

• Fits: SHURflo 2002M and similar Bag-in-Box (BIB) pumps; SHURflo Accumulator Tank 181-400
• Replaces: SHURflo/John Guest OEM outlet port fitting (JG94-178-24)
• Works with: 3/8" (10mm) push-fit tubing

INSTALLATION

DIY-friendly, the John Guest push-fit design needs no tools, just a clean tube end.

PRO TIPS

• This fitting is for the pump outlet only, installing it on the inlet side is a common mix-up that leads to restricted flow.
• Cut your tubing square with a sharp blade before inserting; an angled or burred cut is the number-one cause of weeping push-fit connections.
• To remove the tube, push it in slightly to release the internal collet before pulling back while pressing the collar, yanking it straight out can crack the fitting body.
