Solely from the 2018 vintage and draws from their 1 acre that has been converted to organics, raised in the COVAMA facility. The cuvee is a blend of 78% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Meunier that was primarily vinified in stainless steel and spent 4 years on its lees before being disgorged with a dosage of 8 grams per liter. The nose opens with aromas of rose hips, citrus, apricots, puff pastry and a rounded minerality. On the palate this is light with moderate acid and a flavor set of citrus, clay, pastries, and a bit of mixed stone fruits. Disgorged: March 2023. - D&M TASTING NOTES (MK, 06/2024)
