Our rum is made from 100% Louisiana Sugarcane Products. This was fermented, distilled, barreled and aged in Gonzales, Louisiana, between Baton Rouge and New Orleans. This rum was aged for 3 years in a red port barrel. Our hot and humid climate gives excellent color and extraction. The nose has red fruit and baking spice. On the palate it is slightly sweet however there were no additions. Bright red fruit and dried raisins and caramel along with a little spice on the front of your tongue.
