Made in Ireland’s Boyne Valley, this exceptional Irish whiskey brings together the Whiskey-making expertise of Kentucky and the historic traditions of Ireland to create a whiskey that is smooth, robust, and aged to perfection. It is first aged in Virgin casks from the Brown-Foreman Family cooperages in Kentucky, then in seasoned casks from the same source, and finally in Oloroso sherry casks. We found Oak and barley on the nose, with a hint of ginger, and butterscotch on the palate. Toasted oak and warming ginnier linger on the palate.
