Producer's Notes

Nose: Ever had your nose prickle? The aromas on this expression are intense peat and smoke, maritime air, oats, vanilla and toffee.

Palate: A burn of hot spirit and the mouth fills with smoke, thick with oiliness, before softening and becoming creamier. Nutty, briny, and citrus notes lurk in the shadows.

Finish: Long, numb and tingling. A sweetness mixes nicely with the slowly fading smoke - which leaves behind a salty tang.
