Springbank 30 Year Old Single Malt Whisky Countdown Collection 2025 47.3%

A magnificent testament to Springbank’s craftsmanship, this 30 year old whisky was crafted from a marriage of three casks. The integration of fresh bourbon, refill bourbon and refill sherry casks showcase the distillery's legendary ability to harmonise complexity with elegance.

The interplay of cask types give a whisky of sophistication and balance. Aromas of red apple and raspberry, with a touch of dunnage are complemented by a creamy texture on the palate with notes of clotted cream, lemon rind, kiwi fruit and leather. The sweet finish brings notes of soft fudge and tea leaf to the fore. Bottled in 2025 at a robust 47.3% abv without chill filtration or artificial colouring. 

With just 500 bottles released as part of the exclusive Countdown Collection, this is a rare opportunity to own a piece of Springbank's storied heritage. Each year there will be a limited number of bottles released as part of this collection until the milestone is reached in 2028.
