Water Transfer Printing/Hydro Dipping/Hrdrographics is the technique to transfer the pattern of the film to any object surface. Please follow the steps 1. Prep, Prime, and Paint your object Besides of ABS plastic, all other materials need to be painted with oil base paint in order to proceed water transfer printing. 2. Cut the film in proper size for your object It's important to consider the height of your object. Make sure the film is much bigger than the cover area of your object. 3. Tape 4 sides of the film In case of the pattern distortion and scattering after spraying activator. 4. Distinguish the hydrophilic side of the film Wet and use your thumb and index fingers to pinch the film for few seconds. After released, the sticking side is the hydrophilic side of the film. 5. Lay the film on water for more than 1min WITH the hydrophilic side face down Tap/drive the bubble out under the film if there is any. The lower water temperature is, the more time required for the film stay on water. 6. Spray activator in fine mist form evenly on the film to activate the film 7. Dip your object in 40degree angle into water slowly and steadly 8. After fully immersed, slightly shake your object in the water for few seconds 9. Take out your object and rinse the object surface with running water of faucet or showerhead It's important not to touch or rub the object surface before it's dry during/after rinsing. 10. Let the object dry naturally or by oven 11. Apply the clear paint for glossing and/or protection purpose for your object surface
