Engineered for modularity and performance. The Create+ T500 Pro is an all-in-one reflux column and condenser designed to streamline craft distillation while delivering exceptional results. Its integrated design features a pre-packed column with copper and stainless steel saddles, optimizing vapour reflux for superior-quality distillate.

Constructed with precision, the T500 Pro uses T2-grade copper for the column and cold finger coil, paired with durable stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules. Copper in the spirit path reduces unwanted compounds for a cleaner, smoother finish. Food-grade, high-temperature silicone seals provide reliability in every run.

The T500 Pro includes a thermowell at the top of the column for accurate vapour temperature readings, plus a beeping alarm thermometer with adjustable high/low alerts. Robust 2" tri-clamp fittings create a secure, modular setup, while the detachable product condenser and removable cold finger cooling coil add flexibility. Improved water efficiency saves up to 30% compared to the original T500 (depending on usage).

Designed for producing clean, neutral alcohol, the T500 Pro can reach up to 93% ABV (186 US proof) and recover up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash. Perfect for vodka or as a base for flavourings, gins, and botanical spirits. It also excels at water distillation, thanks to its combination of copper and stainless steel saddles that effectively remove impurities.

Compatible with the Create+ Boiler 25 L (6.6 US Gal) and Grainfather G30 120v, G30 220v, G40, and G70 Brewing Systems, the T500 Pro is a powerful and flexible addition to any craft distiller’s setup. Note: Grainfather systems require the matching Distilling Lid for the respective unit (sold separately).
