This whiskey is crafted at Teeling's Dublin distillery using a traditional Single Pot Still method, blending 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley. It undergoes triple distillation before being fully matured in virgin Swedish oak casks, which impart a unique character to the spirit. Bottled at 50% ABV and unchill-filtered, it delivers an authentic and rich drinking experience.

The nose is light and floral, with bright citrus fruits balanced by caramel and the subtle scent of cooked barley. On the palate, the whiskey is rich and full-bodied, with layers of herbal notes, candied ginger, almond, and treacle, providing a depth of flavor that lingers on the tongue. The finish is dry with a touch of black pepper spice and nutmeg, leaving a warming and satisfying aftertaste.

This limited edition release is more than just a fine whiskey—Teeling has partnered with the Tree Council of Ireland, ensuring that each bottle contributes to the planting of native Irish tree species on a designated acre of land in Ireland.
